It's been fun this pregnancy (I'm 39 weeks!) when my patients ask me that question, and I say, "Actually it's my sixth!" The shock and delight (and every once in a while, horror) are palpable haha! Even though it's been a rough pregnancy (is it being 38 years old?), those moments always give me joy!

I drove to Waco from north of Dallas to go to Fabled to pick up your book (I couldn’t go to the signing because we had tickets to see Jennifer Fulwiler Thursday night). I had ordered the book last week and the store had it signed for me. ❤️
I fired up our Halloween tree in the front window yesterday. I will leave it up until I switch it for the Christmas tree. I like driving through the neighborhoods looking at all the Halloween lights. November 1? Very late. But keep up the good work!
