Ever have a week where you just felt so. distracted? That was me this week. I had to spin multiple plates, which weirdly made my brain want to not concentrate on any of them. Super Tuesday, coronavirus, the last week of teaching before Spring Break (aka, lots to grade), several doctor’s appointments for various people, last-minute rearranged work plans, new kid activities, and all the other usual things in a given week… It’s all equated to me feeling topsy-turvy nonstop since last Friday and my brain wanting to just binge on YouTube SNL sketches instead of focusing on the novel on my nightstand, as much as I’m into it.
I’m ready to get off the ride. 🎢
On the bright side, I’m seeing hints of wildflowers blooming here in central Texas, and this makes me super happy! It’s a big reason why this is the best time of year in this neck of the woods.
